I've architected HIPAA-compliant AWS and Azure platforms for Baltimore Area Sports Health, supporting 25+ organizations with identity-first RBAC, multi-cloud redundancy, event-driven ingestion, and audit-ready evidence layers.
For an independent client, I'm building a governed Azure data platform serving over 1,000 patients across two organizations. I designed Medallion pipelines with Azure Data Factory, audit ledgers, SQL semantic layers, Power BI dashboards, and observability through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL.
I turn regulatory requirements into repeatable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, policy-as-code, zero-trust controls, and FinOps guardrails. My work spans AI orchestration, data lineage, cloud security, distributed systems, and developer self-service platforms.
