I lead risk and compliance functions with a focus on building practical AML frameworks, regulatory reporting, and ethical culture. I currently serve as Head of Risk and Compliance, driving strategy, third-party compliance initiatives, and internal audit programs.

I have implemented country-tailored compliance programs, acted as Anti‑Money Laundering Reporting Officer, configured screening and monitoring tools, and prepared regulatory submissions. My work emphasizes policy development, risk mitigation, data privacy, and collaboration with legal and business teams to reduce exposure and ensure regulatory adherence.

Earlier banking roles included compliance and credit-risk responsibilities where I supported regulatory reporting to central authorities, conducted credit portfolio analysis, led stress testing and remediation, and delivered staff training on compliance and financial security. I was recognized as a dedicated contributor in risk and compliance for consistent performance and initiative.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) and am completing an MBA in Strategic Management, alongside certifications in AML, anti-bribery, and data-mining methods. I seek to apply my technical and leadership skills to strengthen compliance programs and mentor teams in a growth-oriented organization.
