At SUNY Downstate Medical Center, I lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for University Physicians of Brooklyn across 11 departments. I developed KPI dashboards for collections, denials, AR aging, and cash flow, and recovered $3.5M in misdirected cash through audits and reconciliation.
At ClearMD, I built and led an offshore revenue cycle team of 85 associates and designed scalable workflows, vendor oversight, and training programs. I helped resolve a backlog of 50,000+ misbilled claims in three weeks and enrolled major insurance carriers for ERA/EFT payments.
Earlier, I supervised claims and revenue work at Fidelis Care and Mount Sinai Health System, and held revenue cycle representative and billing supervisor roles at Northwell Health System, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, and ALA Medical Billing. My work has included denial resolution, coding compliance, payer coordination, and process improvement.
