Technical advisor on the web platforms delivered under the institution's EU-funded programs.
Advised on scope, functionality and quality for public-facing sites, and reviewed them for availability and correctness in production. Wrote and reviewed technical specifications and requirements for public procurement, then tracked vendor delivery against those requirements through to acceptance.

Two areas of work: a business platform and a messaging and campaign system.
Built WebTimeSheet, a multi-tenant time and project tracking platform used by Call Center Poland and agency clients, serving more than 3,000 users. It generated accounting and payroll data from captured time entries. Built in PHP and Perl, including non-trivial accounting modules, plus helpdesk support and client training.
