I currently oversee corporate program operations for Synectic Solutions’ Naval Business Units, managing prime and subcontractor relationships while keeping program managers aligned on contract compliance, performance, and operational excellence.

I’ve led strategic planning and operational execution in complex environments, including managing budgets for naval business units supporting U.S. Navy programs valued at about $25M, and driving organic growth plus proposal/capture support to expand the naval sector portfolio.

Previously, as President of Saalex Corp, I managed full P&L responsibility for an $175 million aerospace and defense company with 1,000 employees—leading enterprise strategy, budgets, M&A integration, and organizational realignment across contracts, IT/Cyber, operations, HR, marketing, quality, safety, business development, and proposal operations.

I also built risk and quality infrastructure (including a Risk and Opportunity Board) and improved client communication to strengthen CPARS outcomes, while maintaining over 95% employee retention across all contracts and standardizing compliance and safety protocols.
