I am an IT specialist and project manager with hands-on experience automating workflows and building data-driven systems for real estate operations. I designed a data pipeline and dashboards that reduced property lookup time from one hour to under one minute, eliminated daily manual processing through production deployment, and created SOP-driven workflows that increased output performance 2–3×.
