I'm a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator running a production org for a US-based real estate investment firm. I own the Salesforce side (architecture, automation, deployments, reporting, permission) for an 11-user Acquisitions team focused on distressed property, and I coordinate with an external developer on the upstream integration and server infrastructure that feeds it.

Salesforce day-to-day: Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Data Loader, validation rules, permission sets, custom objects, sandbox-to-production deployment, Scheduled Batch Apex. On the integration side, I review the results of the ETL pipeline (~25,000 records/day) that feeds Salesforce via external-ID upsert patterns I architected on the org side. The external developer authors the Python and manages the Digital Ocean droplet; I own the requirements, the Salesforce-side data model and upsert keys, and the daily operation. That work cut hot-property lookup time for the Acquisitions team from one hour to under one minute. I also designed and shipped the end-to-end Acquisitions workflow from lead intake to close, and SOP-driven workflows for Liquidations and Acquisitions lifted output 2–3×.

Before Salesforce, I co-founded Daydream Real Estate in Yucatán and liquidated approximately $6M USD in assets across Mexico — valuations, due diligence, brokerage, and go-to-market consulting for development firms across Yucatán, Mérida, and Quintana Roo. Degree in Finance and Banking from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.
