I lead EMEA commodity strategy and strategic sourcing at Clarios Tolling, managing more than €1B in spend, supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and supply-risk management.

Previously at Schaeffler Technologies, I managed global non-production energy purchasing across Europe and America, evaluated gas and electricity markets, and supported Asia Pacific and Greater China. Across Schaeffler Savaria, I led indirect purchasing categories, supplier development, annual-price negotiations, high-cost equipment purchasing, and cross-commodity collaboration with the shared service center.

I also bring hands-on experience in production planning, manufacturing-line launches, LEAN projects, workshops, shopfloor management, kanban, 5S, KPI tracking, and supplier quality support.
