What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen supply continuity, supplier governance and operational resilience through CMO management, strategic sourcing and cross-functional supply chain leadership.

At CHEPLAPHARM, I manage end-to-end supply planning across a fully outsourced pharmaceutical CMO network covering finished goods, bulk products and APIs. I monitor CMO performance, inventory KPIs and master data to protect supply continuity and identify optimization opportunities.

I've led strategic sourcing, source-to-pay and contract-manufacturing work at Bayer, supporting supplier selection, negotiations, new product launches and supplier governance across Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Animal Health. I also improved procurement processes, commercial performance and business continuity through supplier-focused decision-making.

Across Germany and Brazil, I've combined supply planning, operational procurement and stakeholder alignment in regulated and international environments. I'm currently building further leadership, strategy and business transformation capabilities through a part-time MBA at the University of St. Gallen.
