At Venturetronics Pvt Ltd (AngularSpring), I lead electrification and data center power programs supporting DG Matrix and Smartwires, from engineering through FAT/SAT and commissioning. I balance scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

I manage program budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and report cost and schedule performance using earned value management and schedule risk analysis in Primavera P6. I also build KPI and executive dashboards in Smartsheet.

I established an ECO Release and QA Governance Framework with a documented reviewer process to improve engineering change control and release quality. I hold revenue responsibility for program deliverables and use Smartsheet AI assist to support reporting, tracking, and documentation.

Previously, at Ravi Autos Sundar Pvt Ltd, I led a 20-person maintenance team and managed procurement, vendor negotiations, and maintenance budgets. I also supported technical and production activities at Envicrete North Pvt Ltd and gained industrial exposure at Atlas Copco Pakistan.
