I'm looking to lead ERP, healthcare operations, procurement, inventory, billing, and process-transformation work where I can bridge technical teams and end users, build practical controls and reporting, and drive lasting system adoption.

At Doctors Hospital & Medical Center / CIHD, I led healthcare operations, procurement systems, inventory, billing, vendor governance, reporting, and process transformation across OT, IR, Cath Lab, and pharmacy warehouse operations.

I designed and implemented Zoho Inventory, linking item-level consumption to patient sales orders and invoice processing to reduce average sales-order completion time from 295 hours to 15 hours. I also built barcode and serial-number controls, vendor consumption reporting, payment verification routines, audit processes, and management dashboards.
