I am a Business Analysis professional with 10+ years of experience helping organizations turn business needs into practical digital solutions, improved processes, and data-driven decisions.

My core strength is working across the full business analysis lifecycle - from understanding business problems and gathering requirements to process mapping, solution design, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, implementation, and adoption. I work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, designers, engineers, data teams, and QA to translate business goals into clear actionable requirements and working solutions.

A significant part of my experience has been supporting application and digital product development. I have worked on business and functional requirements, application workflows, API integrations, CRM processes, Agile backlogs, and user acceptance testing. I enjoy understanding how users interact with a system, identifying gaps or friction points, and working with technical teams to improve the overall solution and user experience.

I also have a strong interest in process improvement and digital transformation. I have analyzed and redesigned end-to-end business processes, identified bottlenecks and root causes, and used automation and process mining to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. My experience includes Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, ProM, and Disco.

Data and analytics are another major part of my work. I use SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Databricks to investigate business problems, analyze performance, identify trends, validate requirements, and build reporting and KPI frameworks. I particularly enjoy connecting operational processes with data so that organizations can understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and where improvements can be made.

Throughout my career, I have worked across healthcare, education, technology, media, sales, and operations. This has helped me develop the ability to understand new domains quickly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I am particularly interested in remote roles where I can contribute as a Business Analyst across product and application development, process improvement, business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation. I enjoy solving ambiguous problems, bringing structure to complex requirements, and helping teams build solutions that deliver measurable business and user value.
