I'm looking to help organizations improve processes, deliver digital solutions, and drive business change through Agile product delivery, CRM platforms, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

At Expersoft, I connect business stakeholders and development teams for a wealth management SaaS platform, turning requirements into functional specifications and coordinating enhancements across Agile sprints.

I've supported Salesforce and CRM delivery from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, and adoption. I also lead process improvements, document business rules and workflows in Jira and Confluence, and step in as acting Product Owner to support prioritization and delivery continuity.

My background also includes risk control at TIAA Bank and regional sales leadership at T-Mobile, where I managed performance across eight stores and ranked first in the Jacksonville region for quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
