What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead documentation ownership and AI-assisted content operations for cloud-native or telecom products, building reusable automation that improves release readiness, content quality, and delivery speed.

At Nokia, I own documentation backlogs, release planning, and end-to-end delivery for Cloud Operations Manager and HSS/HLR product streams.

I create DITA-based documentation for cloud-native telecom environments, including OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, GKE, CNF/VNF lifecycle operations, administration, troubleshooting, and releases. I translate complex workflows into reusable concept, task, and reference content while coordinating stakeholders through Agile/Scrum review and approval cycles.

I build repository-based AI workflows for online help, metadata, validation, publishing, and document generation. My automation reduced Communication Matrix, Alarm, Counter, and Parameter preparation from three days to about two hours, and my release sanity-check workflow is used by documentation teams across Nokia.
