What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR or recruiting support role where I can use my organization, documentation, and candidate communication skills to help schedule interviews, support hiring processes, and grow in a collaborative team.

I’m a detail-oriented medical student with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience supporting HR-related work. I bring strong organizational habits and a people-first approach to candidate communication, documentation, and administrative support.

In my recent role as a Cold Caller at Proper Business Solutions, I conducted outbound calls to prospective clients, generated qualified leads, and scheduled appointments with interested clients. I maintained accurate customer records and strengthened my active listening and objection-handling skills through everyday conversations.

I’ve also earned recognition as the “Best HR Member Award” for outstanding contributions within an HR team at a volunteer organization. With experience in interview coordination, appointment scheduling, data entry, and Microsoft Office, I’m ready to deliver reliable, respectful recruiting and HR support.
