In my Product Management Internship at SwapSo.io, I tested 5+ product features end-to-end and reported issues to strengthen the user flow in real time. I also gathered feedback from 20+ active users, supported minor course updates, and handled documentation and coordination for course validity and purchase processes used by 1000+ learners.

Through projects and certifications, I’ve focused on analytics, optimization, and practical AI application—building dashboards with SQL + Tableau/Excel, estimating distributions using Kernel Density Estimation in MATLAB, automating token allocation via the Google Sheets API, and optimizing staffing with Monte Carlo simulation in Excel. I’m motivated to work in teams that value clear analysis, thoughtful iteration, and measurable impact.
