I’m an analytics-focused BBA graduate with a Minor in AI & Machine Learning from IIT Ropar and 2+ years of research analyst experience. I bring a strong track record of turning messy data into decisions stakeholders can act on.

As a Research Analyst Lead at STEMPOWERed (May 2023 – Dec 2025), I support cross-functional research teams by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using Excel and Python. I consolidate inputs into structured Excel trackers, summary tables, charts, and standardized reports—then translate findings into clear, documented insights for stakeholder reviews.

In my projects, I’ve applied practical modeling and analytics to real business problems. For Tata Group’s delinquency risk simulation, I used SQL EDA and built Logistic Regression and Decision Tree models to segment customers into risk buckets; for product analytics, I analyzed funnel drop-offs using SQL and Python; and for churn, I built Tableau-based visual summaries to support retention-focused decision-making.

I’m also hands-on with measurement and communication, with GA4 reporting and Google Analytics certification, plus training in data visualization and storytelling (dashboards vs. data stories). I enjoy roles where analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication directly improve product and business outcomes.
