Advised Y Combinator-backed startups on product strategy and roadmap prioritization. Drove AI product-led growth initiatives in fast-paced early-stage teams.

Led end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps across Vahan consumer and business apps, including the AI recruiter and hotline Android app. Drove growth and retention improvements (including 0-to-1 app development, onboarding-led retention gains, and delivery worker retention), and built an earned wage access feature (cash advance) to improve LTV:CAC.

Rolled out Performance and Payout dashboards for the Vahan B2B platform and improved vendor retention through full adoption. Improved onboarding and support flows, integrated product marketing tools, and increased feature adoption while reducing CAC.

Co-founded a social initiative that collects rice/grains from residents in societies and distributes them to orphanages. Collected and donated over 100Kg of rice, 50Kg of daal, and 100 clothes to support 100 kids across two orphanages per month.

Improved development and operations efficiency by saving 360 hours monthly using an end-to-end data monitoring pipeline to track quality on demand and in real time. Coordinated with operations and business teams to drive adoption and expand the pipeline to additional teams.
