At Quibo Tech Pvt. Ltd., I take end-to-end ownership of production web application features used by employees weekly. I design REST APIs and MongoDB data models for employee, attendance, payroll, and project modules.
I built and deployed SmartHR, a full-stack HRMS covering employee, attendance, leave, payroll, project, and task data. It includes role-based access, multi-level workflows, and automated payroll with PDF payslip generation and email delivery.
I also designed and shipped a production RAG-based AI agent embedded in the company website. Its pipeline ingests and processes documents, retrieves relevant context through vector search, and connects to an LLM to answer questions grounded in company data.
