At my current company, I architected the client side of a cross-browser Digital Experience Monitoring platform for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Its observability capabilities improved digital experience visibility by 40–50% for 2M+ users.
I designed the platform backend across 10+ microservices processing 10M+ events per day, and built a Java pipeline that ingests Kafka data across four regions. Integrating AWS Comprehend, Claude Sonnet, and an in-house model helped automate error diagnosis; a two-tier cache reduced AI inference costs by 60–90%.
At Cisco Systems, I worked on microservices for the Nexus Insights Dashboard and helped move its frontend from a monolith to microfrontends. Earlier, at Simpplr and Accenture, I developed microfrontends, analytics integrations, Python automation, and a React component library.
