At Eventbrite, I build event-driven microservices, communication pipelines, and customer-facing products that reach millions of active accounts. I launched a Notification Center, scaled campaign notification throughput 80x, and built centralized preference pipelines supporting a zero-downtime migration of 80M+ records.
I also ship conversion-focused experiences, including an AI-powered event curation API with P99 latency below 200ms and a Performing Artists widget that drove 13.8K incremental paid tickets in its first month. Previously at ServiceNow, I built no-code platforms used by 1,900 active users and 500+ published sites, supported developer teams as a technical resource, and mentored interns across two organizations.
