What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build backend systems and grow into data work—Data Engineering or Data Science. I value a team culture, clear process, and measurable impact while I continue learning Golang, ReactJS, and AWS.

I’m a backend software engineer with 4+ years of experience building reliable APIs and integrations across finance, government, and banking use cases. I’m result-oriented, process-aware, and I enjoy working as a team-player to deliver practical outcomes.

In my most recent role as a Backend Engineer (Java), I built API integrations with multiple private financial institutions and developed reconciliation capabilities for internal data. That work included refunds, reconciliation via APIs, and support for auto-downloaded files from different institution sources.

Previously, I built backend services using .NET and supported government transaction and rating modules via APIs. Earlier, as an Application Engineer (Java) contracted to a bank, I built and monitored batch modules for updating transaction information and optimized Oracle SQL transactions to handle big data volumes.

I’m actively exploring Golang, ReactJS, and AWS, while maintaining strong fundamentals in MySQL, OracleDB, and PostgreSQL. I’m especially interested in managing data and knowledge for data science, and I’m aspiring to become a Data Scientist / Data Engineer.
