At United Health Group, I direct enterprise procurement and sourcing across IT, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Professional Services. I established governance frameworks and a Procurement CoE while leading an 11-member team.
I delivered $20M in savings on $255M+ annual spend and managed more than 4,000 sourcing events with 465+ suppliers annually. My work included supplier consolidation, spend optimization, and contract negotiations.
I championed procurement transformation using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and AI-enabled solutions to improve spend visibility, automate reporting, and strengthen vendor governance. I also negotiated Master Agreements covering emerging technologies such as AI and SaaS.
Previously, as Manager - Procurement, UK Region at HSBC Group Services Centre, I managed procurement across several categories and designed and implemented an Ariba request intake platform. I hold a Project Management Professional certification and am Lean Six Sigma Certified.
