At Rio Tinto, I lead the Global Buy operating model across APAC and Australia, strengthening performance, governance, and service delivery across a 45+ FTE organisation.
I developed an enterprise insourcing strategy covering 100+ FTE activities across S2C, bidding, vendor commercial, partnerships, and Buy processes. I also delivered US$200K+ in realised savings through analytics-led procurement interventions.
At EY, I led vendor governance transitions and designed supplier performance, compliance, commercial management, and reporting frameworks for client engagements including Mondelez and The Global Fund. These initiatives delivered ~US$5M in value, and I implemented RPA solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process controls.
My experience also includes supporting Source-to-Contract transformation and contract data governance for New York Life Insurance, as well as procurement solutioning, CLM implementations, and ServiceNow-based compliance solutions. I hold a Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) certification and RPA and analytics certifications.
