I’m a global procurement and category management leader with 10+ years of experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations across telecom and healthcare. I’m known for aligning execution to category strategies and translating complex supplier and commercial inputs into measurable business impact.

I’ve delivered €200M+ in cost savings and working capital impact, including €230M+ procurement impact through PO conversions and €206M+ working capital benefits. I also drove €21M spend migration to centralized procurement to improve cost visibility and compliance, leveraging SAP and SAP Ariba for end-to-end sourcing workflows.

In my roles, I support strategic sourcing through RFQs, commercial evaluations, and e-auctions (SAP Ariba), while strengthening governance through contract management and KPI tracking. I collaborate closely with global stakeholders to ensure sourcing execution matches business goals and operational needs.

My career has also included finance-adjacent procurement work—negotiating supplier benefits, optimizing working capital worth €85M, managing invoice lifecycle and dispute resolution globally, and improving procurement accuracy. I’m currently pursuing an AI Generalist Program (Be10X, 2026) to further elevate automation, decision intelligence, and data-driven procurement transformation.
