Rieziq Suryo

I've led branch operations at Kawan Lama Group, directing more than 75 people to achieve 100% of KPI targets and deliver 15% productivity growth from 2022 to 2025.

I grew online channel contribution to 90% over three years, built partnerships with more than 200 companies and stakeholders, and helped the branch earn Indonesia's Best Branch Performance Index in 2022–2023 with a 100/100 administration rating.

I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Edinburgh, focusing on resource recovery, circular economy, water management, sustainable entrepreneurship, and corporate responsibility. My research and publications examine circular economy policy, plastic-waste recycling supply chains, and sustainability learning.

I've also led large student and community organizations, including 246 members at the Edinburgh Indonesian Student's Association, and contributed to coastal zonation planning and fisheries protection with Indonesia's Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Affairs.
