What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing sales, retail, or e-commerce role where I can support customers, manage operations, create digital content, and continue developing my communication and digital sales skills.

I've supported retail and digital sales through customer service, cash handling, product recommendations, and online order management.

At Moussa Bno Noussair Library, I managed daily transactions and cash-register operations, assisted customers, organized inventory, and supported merchandising activities.

As an E-Commerce & Digital Sales Assistant, I managed product listings and customer orders, created social media promotional content, designed visuals in Photoshop and Illustrator, and handled direct sales at local markets and events.

My earlier administrative and accounting internships strengthened my experience with customer requests, data entry, invoice processing, document filing, and administrative support. I communicate in Arabic and English, with German and French language skills.
