At Steak ’n Shake, I lead brand identity and visual design across 421 locations and two brands, including Steak ’n Shake and The Shake Bar. I’ve grown gift card activations by 30.5% year over year, generated approximately $250K in savings, and built the organization’s first formal creative workflow system.

I bring 18+ years spanning visual design, instructional strategy, and operational leadership. Before moving into brand leadership, I led learning and development programs serving 10,300 learners and helped reduce crew turnover by approximately 24% through redesigned onboarding, targeted training, and leadership development.

My freelance work includes photography, video, editorial production, and on-site editing for Figma, S&P Global’s CERAWeek, Second Nature, and LeadSimple. I’ve also served as an Associate Producer on HBO productions and provided still photography for Discovery Channel projects.
