What I'm looking for

I recently moved to the UK, and I am looking for a new product leadership role.

I have management experience in building and managing product teams . This includes creating the team structure for product squads to focus on delivery and discovery activities where they can validate customer value, usability, feasibility, and business viability (trademark…Marty Cagan). I have also helped guide a service based company into a product and tech driven one. This includes creation, evangelism, and execution of a product vision, various product strategies, and product metrics to measure the business outcomes of features.

I have a diverse product experience working on internal operational tools, hybrid solutions for both internal and external users, workflow applications for external users (Chrome Extensions!), integrating with the largest platforms in the world, and building large data pipelines for both reporting/analytics as well as featurization for machine learning inputs.

• Lead the Product efforts to launch Zefr’s brand safety and suitability measurement product and new business line, its second fully self-service data product and first to fully integrate across 3 platforms (TikTok, YouTube, and Meta)
• Realized yearly goal of activating 100 unique brands in 6 months
• Achieved 188% quarterly growth rate of brands-platform pairs

• Lead PM on Zefr’s initial fully self-service product, marking the transition from a services company to data provider
• Products have lead to $75MM in new media spend
• Designed and implemented an innovative activation application using a Chrome Extension to seamlessly integrate into our customers’s normal workflow while also decreasing the time to activate by 1-3 hours
