What I'm looking for

I'm seeking medical documentation, medical records, EHR/EMR support, clinical operations, or healthcare roles where I can apply accurate clinical documentation, confidential record keeping, reporting, and patient-care coordination experience.

I've supported patient care and clinical documentation as a Medical Officer with the National Health Mission's RBSK Program at Civil Hospital, Jalgaon.

I conducted clinical screening and medical assessments for children and adolescents, documenting complaints, findings, treatment decisions, referrals, and follow-up information accurately.

I maintained confidential medical records, prepared healthcare reports for authorities and programme teams, and coordinated follow-up for patients undergoing surgery. I also supported patient care, monitoring, documentation, and coordination in a COVID Care Centre.

I'm now seeking opportunities in medical documentation, medical records, EHR/EMR support, clinical operations, and healthcare roles, bringing systematic record keeping, medical terminology, and patient counselling experience.
