What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my graphic design, branding, and digital media skills in a marketing-focused role where I can support customer engagement, collaborate with a team, and continue growing creatively.

I'm pursuing a Graphic Design degree at the University of Massachusetts Lowell while building customer-focused experience at Ross Dress for Less and American Eagle. I operated registers, supported customers, managed inventory shipments, and helped keep fast-paced sales floors organized.

My background in retail and customer support has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. I bring hands-on skills in branding, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing, web design, and digital marketing to work that supports brand engagement.
