I’m seeking to leverage my leadership and project management skills to drive success at Bazeta.

At T-Mobile, I initiated a delivery team supporting the Identity, Security, & Access Management team and coordinated the ramp-up of 40 resources. The work reached go-live for six books of service, and I developed operational procedures, incident management materials, and a framework for 24x7 monitoring.

At CPKC Railroad, I directed a $10M Crew application integration involving six applications. I guided a project that was behind schedule through integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and implementation, delivering ahead of schedule and within budget.

Across Digital Platforms roles at T-Mobile, I worked on vulnerability remediation, change management, and SOX compliance, including managing approximately 17,000 password changes after a security breach. Earlier, at Sprint Corp, I supervised database teams and contributed to work that increased availability by 25% and improved performance by 400%.
