I also initiated an overnight recovery process that accelerated emergency driver assignments and strengthened on-time delivery support.
Previously, I coordinated Amazon Relay freight at Amplitude Logistics, dispatching loads, optimizing routes, monitoring ETAs, and maintaining DOT Hours of Service compliance.
