What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end domestic and cross-border logistics, optimize freight spend, and drive OTIF through real-time tracking, exception management, and KPI dashboards in a collaborative, performance-focused team.

I’m a logistics and transportation professional with over three years of experience managing domestic and cross-border shipments between Mexico and the U.S. I focus on end-to-end execution for FBA/3PL, protecting operational precision and delivery windows while driving OTIF performance.

In my current role, I coordinate 50+ weekly shipments by partnering with carriers, brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. I negotiate freight rates and carrier terms, manage accessorial costs (detention, lumper), validate shipping documentation, and handle live tracking and exception management to prevent delays and resolve issues in real time. I work with Transportation Management Systems such as TAI Software, DAT Broker, and Transplace to keep stakeholders aligned and transportation costs optimized.

Beyond execution, I strengthen results through analytics and financial control—building KPI dashboards (OTIF, transit time, cost deviations) and collaborating with operations and finance to validate landed transportation costs and support accurate margin reporting. I also bring procurement experience from leading international sourcing and RFQs with Chinese manufacturers, reinforcing my ability to manage both supply continuity and logistics performance with proactive communication.
