I'm looking to lead capital, strategy, transformation, and technology initiatives that connect global investors with high-impact opportunities across the Caribbean and Latin America.

At SDQ Consulting Group, I lead an Advisory–Capital–Technology platform connecting global capital with Caribbean investment opportunities, including US$922M sovereign bond intermediation, a US$14M senior secured raise, and proprietary LegalTech, credit-scoring, market-intelligence, and mortgage-origination platforms.

I've led CEO, CFO, finance director, controller, and operations roles across CBS Developments, Philip Morris International affiliates, and Empresas León Jimenes in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. My work spans real estate financing, fideicomisos, capital structuring, post-merger integration, operating-model transformation, tax strategy, shared-service migration, and regulatory frameworks including CONFOTUR, Law 8-90, Law 30-24, and Law 47-25.
