I’m a strategic program and operations professional with 18+ years of experience leading complex programs across aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and new product development. My experience includes taking products and initiatives from concept and development through production readiness, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Throughout my career, I’ve coordinated engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality, finance, logistics, suppliers, and customers to solve complex problems, manage risks, control costs and schedules, and turn strategic objectives into execution. I’ve managed strategic suppliers and multi-million-dollar material budgets, led design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability initiatives, and used sourcing and manufacturing strategies to reduce costs and improve operational performance.

At HAECO Cabin Solutions, I helped recover a high-profile international program by redefining scope, aligning executive stakeholders, negotiating revised commercial commitments, and rebuilding customer trust. Earlier at B/E Aerospace, I progressed through operational and program roles, led international development programs, drove a manufacturing transformation that increased product-mix flexibility and expanded capacity, and helped deliver flagship programs representing more than $300M in customer value.

More recently, I’ve expanded my focus into generative AI and AI-enabled business workflows, applying AI to research, analysis, information synthesis, process improvement, workflow development, and professional problem solving.

I’m interested in remote opportunities where I can apply this combination of program leadership, operational experience, analytical problem solving, and practical AI adoption.
