At DigiRDP, I’m the first HR hire and a core operational lead, building HR systems while supporting cross-functional problem-solving. I own full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and lead B2B sales strategy alongside the founders.

I also head Marketing and build AI-assisted automations with Claude Code and Google Apps Script to streamline recruitment tracking, reporting, and People Ops workflows. I design remote-work policies and engagement initiatives for the distributed team.

Previously, I built HR foundations across NxtJob.AI, Gem AI, Art for Humanity Foundation, and Messold Technologies. At Art for Humanity Foundation, I managed and grew remote teams from 10 to 50 members and established performance management and HR reporting systems.
