At Alto Network, I lead development and maintenance of legacy B2B dashboards built with Java Spring Boot, React.js, and PostgreSQL. I also led the integration of multiple dashboards into a unified platform using a micro-frontend architecture.

I led a team of 11 software engineers using Scrum and developed a feature that lets users view and download high-volume data directly from core systems. The dashboards maintained a 99.99% SLA for clients.

At AIA Indonesia, I improved the agent recruitment page load time from 48 seconds to 1 second. I also worked on application monitoring, logging, critical bug fixes, and refactoring legacy code.
