At BDO Digital Georgia, I lead business analysis and functional solution design for WMS, TMS and ERP integration projects across retail, pharmaceutical and distribution industries. For Zoommer Georgia, I served as Lead BA for a WMS implementation and ERP integration, covering process analysis, solution design, integration requirements, testing, user training and go-live support.
At Zeptos, NGT Group, I led process discovery for RPA and OCR-based automation, turning complex workflows into AS-IS / TO-BE models, functional documentation and implementation-ready user stories. I also led functional testing and UAT and mentored two junior Business Analysts.
Earlier at BDO Digital Georgia, I worked across presales and ERP implementation, including SAP Business One and Balansi, BDO Digital's 1C-based ERP solution. I supported customer discovery, solution demonstrations, implementation scope, user training and go-live activities.
