At Robust Machines and Automation, I deliver internal projects for a machinery manufacturer distributing across 14 African countries. I manage scope, budgets, schedules, stakeholder coordination, risks, changes, and leadership reporting from initiation through release.
I led an internal CRM system from requirements gathering to production, including role-based access controls, automated reporting, and a phased sales-team rollout. I also managed a nine-page bilingual company website rebuild with product configurators and PDF price-list generation, coordinating hosting and marketing vendors through deployment.
I use RAID logs and documented change control to surface risks, dependencies, and scope decisions early. Alongside project delivery, I coordinate sales, CRM management, and digital presence across technical and business teams.
I'm PRINCE2, PSM I, and ECBA certified, with my PMP examination in progress. I also contribute growth strategy analysis by evaluating new business lines against existing engineering and distribution capabilities.
