I’m an HR & Payroll Executive with 5+ years’ experience supporting UK, Ireland, and Netherlands operations. I specialize in employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and compliance-driven HR processes, with a consistent focus on accuracy and timeliness.

In my current role, I deliver end-to-end HR operations and payroll support across a UK retail network of 400+ stores and 2,000+ employees. I manage the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, contractual changes, leave administration, payroll support, and offboarding—using HR and payroll systems to keep work audit ready.

I independently lead HR operations and payroll for KidX (CeX’s sister company), serving as the primary point of contact for Netherlands-based employees. I handle payroll support and key queries using Nmbrs for payroll, and Dyflexis for scheduling and attendance, while also administering statutory pay such as SSP, SMP, and SHPP.

I ensure Right to Work and GDPR compliance by maintaining accurate employee records across multiple HR and payroll systems (including SelectPay, Sage, and Nmbrs). Earlier, I supported recruitment and onboarding, attendance management, vendor coordination, and payroll documentation—offer letters, salary revision letters, and relieving letters—while contributing to performance management and structured HR operations.
