I’m a results-driven Global Payroll operations professional with 9+ years of end-to-end payroll experience across European and US payrolls (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, and the United States). I lead full payroll cycles—pre-payroll, live run, and post-payroll—for 500–2,000 employees, ensuring 100% on-time delivery, SLA compliance, and operational accuracy in high-volume, multi-country environments.

I also act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll matters and mentor junior payroll analysts on processing workflows, system tools, and compliance requirements.
