I am a detail-oriented Project Engineer specializing in bio-pharmaceutical and insurance TPA industries. I lead project lifecycle stages from scheduling to execution using MS Projects and SAP, while partnering across teams to resolve issues fast.

In my current role, I analyze technical offer, URS & P&ID enquiry stage documents and prepare detailed project schedules in MS Project. I attend kick-off meetings, document critical punch points, and ensure timely follow-up to keep milestones moving.

I monitor project progress, escalate delays, and coordinate with project coordinators and stakeholders to keep delivery on track. I also prepare project status reports with delivery impact analysis, manage ordering/receipt of materials, and use SAP live database MRP and PR processing along with schedule dashboards for risk mitigation.

Earlier, I supported project execution through structured status updates, meeting minutes, and senior-management PPTs, including automating task assignment by linking MS Project plans through PWA and SharePoint. I have also processed overcashless and reimbursement medical claims using Spectra and Mcare, and I drove 40% revenue increase over 3 months by delivering projects on time.
