Reno Reballos
@renoreballos
I build iOS apps that connect millions of people to their devices.
What I'm looking for
At Dyson, I pioneered and led the in-house native iOS team, building the mobile app function from scratch for MyDyson™. I build the layer connecting millions of people to vacuums, purifiers, hair tools, robot vacuums, humidifiers and lights.
I work across device pairing, over-the-air firmware updates, and live device state using Bluetooth, MQTT, and REST. My day-to-day stack is Swift and SwiftUI, backed by UIKit, Objective-C, MVVM-C, RxSwift, Combine, XCTest, and CI/CD; my teams maintain 85–100% code coverage and a 99.9% crash-free rate.
I've led mobile teams, set architecture and coding standards, mentored iOS engineers, and shipped connected-device apps from concept through App Store release. I'm looking for a senior iOS role in Melbourne where mobile work meets hardware, robotics, or connected products.
