I’m a Software Engineer with 5+ years building enterprise-scale backend systems at Fortune 250 organizations. I design, deploy, and maintain high-availability APIs, transactional data pipelines, and event-driven integrations that support global user bases.
At Parker-Hannifin, I led development of the Customer Conversational Intelligence initiative—architecting ensemble NLP models (Sentiment, Emotion, Effort) and scalable ETL pipelines to transform 4M+ unstructured customer interaction records from Salesforce into real-time, actionable insight.
