Arts management professional specializing in volunteer operations, event programming, and audience engagement.
What I'm looking for
I am an arts management professional with hands-on experience coordinating large-scale events, volunteer teams, and audience services. I combine formal arts management education with practical skills in volunteer recruitment, training, and operations.
At Spoleto Festival USA I recruit, hire, and onboard House Managers and 250+ volunteer ushers, lead training on customer service and emergency response, and manage volunteer operations and data through Better Impact and Tessitura CRM.
My roles at the College of Charleston included Co-President & Volunteer Coordinator and Mainstage Programming Coordinator, where I led strategic board meetings, directed executive board selection, managed large campus events for 10,800+ students, and handled logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
I also supported museum and hospital-based arts work as an Art Collections Intern, producing interpretive materials and digital exhibitions, managing Artwork Archive records, assisting with installations and public events, and contributing to grant-writing and funding initiatives.
