What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue learning and growing in IT while solving software, hardware, and network issues, supporting users effectively, and finding more efficient ways to provide service.

At GoTo Technologies USA, I provide IT support for internal users, resolving software and hardware issues and collaborating with Cloud Engineers, Endpoint Managers, and other specialized teams when escalations are needed.

I previously delivered real-time technical support for TestOut Client Pro software, including LogMeIn Pro, LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Rescue, Hamachi, and GoToMyPC. I help customers identify network and software compatibility issues while documenting troubleshooting steps for timely resolution.

I enjoy problem-solving, providing reliable support, and finding more efficient ways to serve others. I also bring experience training others, communicating organizational goals, and planning events and trips.
