Executed technical projects end-to-end, covering planning, procurement coordination, delivery, and close-out, contributing to departmental profitability of between $400,000 and $700,000 annually. Acted as the single point of coordination between subcontractors, technical teams, and clients on all technical project matters.

Owned the full project lifecycle on donor-funded and commercial renewable energy builds, including budgets, teams, technical design, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, across high-risk and remote sites. Delivered a 218kWp solar PV project with a 150kWh high-voltage containerised battery system in South Sudan.

Led a 13-member cross-country team through an energy feasibility study of the poultry sector spanning 5 focus countries, holding communication and collaboration together across borders. Managed a $400,000 project budget to full delivery of programme goals, closing 12.75% under overall cost without cutting scope.

Collaborated with executive leadership to author feasibility assessments, regulatory permit applications, and statutory approval filings for two solar mini-grid initiatives valued at $291,000. Won a run of competitive bids across East Africa, including mini-grid optimisation projects and off-grid systems.

Contributed technical and commercial input to tender bids that won over $250,000 in contracts across Kenya and Somaliland. Cut bid rework by 20% by coordinating technical, commercial, and compliance inputs into a single submission flow.

Worked on the design and implementation of 400kWp+ of off-grid and on-grid solar systems, from initial site assessment and solutions sizing through to installation handover. Helped realise a minimum of $300,000 in sales revenue from solar component and project sales.

Served as a Junior Expert, contributing to the network's activities in Nairobi.
