At Mr D (Takealot Group), I own the partner integration platform connecting 12,000+ stores to the marketplace. The McDonald's POS integration brought missed and rejected orders to zero on pilot stores, while the KFC just-in-time kitchen model went live at 373 stores.
After a device outage, I ran a reliability programme that reduced system auto-rejections by 32% and improved crash-free device app sessions from 92.5% to 99.6%. I also built Partner Integration Observability from an 11-incident retrospective, prioritising per-partner error-rate alerting.
At MRI Software, I owned the vision, roadmap and backlog for Engage for Living and its Resident Origination Service, taking the product from a 20+ client pilot to more than 1,000 lease applications a month. Earlier, I delivered international client implementations at Kurtosys and built client reporting solutions and ERP integrations at Chase Software.
