Renata Carlessi

At Re Carlessi in Formentera, I coordinate private dining experiences, catering and events for international clients in villas and on yachts. I organize logistics, schedules, purchasing and service preparation.

I coordinate events for groups of up to 90 guests and lead teams of 5–10 people, distributing responsibilities and supervising execution. I also manage client communication, personalized requests and last-minute operational changes.

Across hospitality roles in Brazil, Italy and Spain, I worked as a waitress, cashier, hostess, kitchen team member and chef. These roles gave me practical experience in customer service and restaurant operations in multicultural environments.

I independently plan international and domestic trips, arranging flights, accommodation, ground transport and activities. I compare prices, organize itineraries and research destinations, restaurants and cultural experiences.
