I’m the founder and director behind TKF-Thuiswerkers, a Suriname-based remote workforce partner delivering multilingual language, support, and operational services for international clients. I built our home-based model around structured training, quality control, and project supervision so clients can scale reliably with Dutch-speaking and multilingual talent.

Under my direction, TKF grew from a small operational team into a network of 200+ freelancers, with flexible delivery that still keeps oversight. I focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding before deployment, active supervision, and feedback loops—so performance and continuity stay consistent as demand changes.

We deliver across customer operations (email and live chat), transcription (audio-to-text), translation and text adaptation, proofreading and LQA quality review, and AI data projects such as data annotation and multilingual categorization. Key highlights include scaling Dutch transcription with Appen (Project Bryant) and maintaining long-running chat and email support through Bots.io (5CA) with continuing learning through recurring training sessions.

I’m especially effective at turning language workflows into disciplined execution: practical communication, deadlines, consistency, and quality-first delivery. I want to keep partnering with organizations that need dependable multilingual capacity—agility without losing control—from Suriname to global teams.
